Problem interface

Since version 4+, there’s been a major problem with the buttons. Instead of turning the light on or off, a pointless device grid opens, which is useless to anyone. Previous versions worked better—there was a single button that turned it on/off, clicking it opened the camera, etc. After the update, you’ve ruined everything, and you haven’t fixed the bug, which I’ve reported many times.

I don’t want to have to go into the device’s tab to turn it on or off. I want a single button like before, without the small, crappy button that opens the device. Everyone who uses the device complains that they can’t easily turn on the light, for example. Instead, a tab opens with a single button. Instead of simply turning on the light, for example, you have to fiddle with the device.
Changes that change the panel’s behavior should be optional, not enabled by default. It would be even better if you could disable this small button in the options, but it’s not permanent. It’s simply useless, and subsequent updates don’t fix anything.

Add an option to disable this small button that unnecessarily opens a separate tab with one device button instead of turning off/on the selected device on the tab where everything is configured.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. Could you please confirm whether your NSPanel Pro has been updated to the latest version (currently 4.6.0)?

After the 4.x release, we received user feedback and suggestions regarding the control experience, and we have optimized the interaction logic. Currently, you can control the device directly by tapping the device card.

Please try updating to the latest version and check whether the issue is resolved. If the problem still exists, please provide your device ID and submit the NSPanel Pro logs(swipe down on the NSPanel Pro screen → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit.) from the device, and I will help investigate further.
