Paral-sync problem on iHost with SNZB-02D

Hello,

I have several SNZB-02D sensors, some of them are paired with a NSPanel Pro and the other ones are paired with an iHost. The SNZB-02D paired with the NSPanel Pro are visible in iHost through Paral-sync, except one.
For the one who doesn’t work, when I click on “Sync” in Paral-sync on iHost, I have the following error message: “Synchronization fialed, device not supported”.

Here is the log:

Firmware on iHost is 2.4.3.

Thanks in advance,

It’s a known issue due to an update of nspanel pro.
We’re fixing it now, but it’s a complicated issue so not expected to be release soon.
