NSPanelPro Bluetooth Unable to Pair

Hi,

My NSPanel Pro (app version 2.2.0) is not able to find any bluetooth device.
I am following this instructional video, but no results on my end.
I have 2 bluetooth devices close to NSPanel Pro.
Anybody faced similar situation ?
