NSpanel pro cannot find any Zigbee devices. Right now i am trying to pair a new SNZB-02LD but always timed out. Trying to find a use for my NSpanel again

Is there any way to make it work? I am started to think I have a defective one. I never managed to connect any zigbee. I have another bridge with 20 devices
Please click the feedback button on the About page of the screen and provide the deviceID of your device.
By the way, is your NSPanel Pro running on V4.0.0 or V3.12.0?
