I tried to hard reset, I turned off Bluetooth. Nothing changed, the message is always on the display and if I close it, comes back again after 5 seconds.
Any suggestions? My panel pro can’t be used at all in this way.
I apologize for the issue you’re experiencing. After closing the pop-up window, are you able to submit the NSPanelPro logs normally(Top drop-down menu → Settings → About → Feedback → Submit)? If yes, please submit the logs and send me your device ID separately.
If you’re unable to proceed, you can try powering off and restarting the device, then submit the logs.
Hi, I checked the logs and didn’t find any records indicating that Bluetooth stopped working. May I ask if you are using Bluetooth on the NSPanelPro or any Bluetooth-related apps?
