v4.0.13 is not skippable. After you have installed v4.0.13, you can continue to download and install v4.2.0.
v4.2.2 is currently in alpha phrase, and is only available to users who reported bugs of v4.2.0. We need their help to test v4.2.2 before we release v4.2.2 to beta test program.
If you’d like to test v4.2.2, please send me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro through private message.
So, I did sign up for the Beta testing, but now NSPanel Pro 120 shows under software update V4.2.2 with a red dot right before it. I am unable to update.
To clarify, are you seeing the new update available but finding that tapping it does nothing, preventing the upgrade? To help us investigate, could you please:
Record a short video or take a screenshot showing the specific issue.
Submit the NSPanelPro logs (via: Screen pull-down > Settings > About > Feedback).
If the issue is that you cannot upgrade within the ewelink APP, please also submit an APP feedback report (ewelink > My > Profile & Help & Feedback > Feedback), and be sure to check the option to upload logs when submitting.
Thank you for your cooperation. We will work to locate the cause ASAP.
Since the Auto Firmware Download setting is currently disabled, your NSPanelPro will only check for new versions but will not download them. Please enable Auto Firmware Download , and the NSPanelPro will automatically download the latest firmware.
NSPanel Pro version 4.2.2
In Hub mode. I have several devices that I can turn on and off from the panel’s screen in LAN mode, without an internet connection. However, if I create an automation, for example between a Zigbee motion sensor and a Zigbee relay (turn on when motion is detected), this only works when there is an internet connection. In the eWeLink app, the LAN label does not even appear.
The same type of devices and the same automation, using a ZBBridge Pro central unit (at my workplace), work perfectly in LAN mode.
For only one automation it shows “LAN”: when the motion sensor detects movement, it wakes up the NSPanel Pro display.
The question is whether this is due to the beta version, or if there could be another issue. It would be important that the automations can work without an internet connection.
I apologize for the issue. Could you please send me your NSPanelPro device ID separately, and specify which scene(s) are failing to execute locally? Thank you for your cooperation.

I tested it again, deleted some automations, and added them again. Now I noticed the following:
– When ZIGBEE_MOBILE_SENSOR detects motion, it turns on ZBMINIL2 (LAN mode works fine now).
– When ZIGBEE_MOBILE_SENSOR does not detect motion, ZBMINIL2 turns off (LAN mode works fine now).
– When the temperature measured by SNZB-02P drops below 4°C, the S60ZBTPF relay turns on (LAN mode does not work).
– When ZIGBEE_MOBILE_SENSOR detects motion, the B02-BL-A60 light turns on (LAN mode does not work, even though the bulb is Wi-Fi).
The same happens when turning off. The light can otherwise be controlled from the panel without an internet connection.
I’ve verified that the current NSPANEL PRO 120 firmware version 4.1.5 can’t handle scenes that operate on different devices. Specifically, I created scenes that control the thermostatic valves and a ZBMINIR2 for the boiler. Everything works until I create new scenes involving an SNZB-06P and another ZBMINIR2. In this case, the scenes that manage the heating stop working and only the new scenes work, and vice versa. I’ve verified that there’s nothing in the scene log; it’s as if the trigger that activates the scene wasn’t generated. I’d like to know if the new version of NSPANEL fixes this problem or if I risk making the situation worse.
Sorry for the issue. If you have TRV for controlling the valve in your room and ZBMINIR2 for controlling the boiler, our new Central Heating System would be more suitable for your needs.
Would you like to try it out? If so, please send me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro through private message.
Hi, your NSPanel Pro has been added to our OTA whitelist. Please check the latest v4.2.3 firmware through Top drop-down menu -> Settings -> About -> Software Update on your NSPanel Pro device.
After you’ve updated your NSPanel Pro, you need to enable Central heating through Top drop-down menu -> Settings -> Thermostats -> Central heating, and then you can configure it on Central heating screen which is by default the last screen on your NSPanel Pro.
Thanks! To use Central Heating, do I always have to create scenes that activate/deactivate the boiler? Can you point me to a section where I can see how to set this up?
You don’t need scenes. You just need to set up Central heating. We haven’t prepared the documentation yet. But the configuration should be simple and intuitive. Please try it first.
This is because the S60ZBTPF device does not currently support local mode (I consulted with SONOFF’s management, and they are considering optimizing this in future updates).
This device should be a Wi-Fi device that inherently supports basic smart features, but it does not support local network control with the NSPanelPro.
