The issue you’re experiencing is likely due to not receiving the update prompt for version 4.2.2. This is because 4.2.2 is still in the testing phase and hasn’t been fully released yet. If you’d like to try it, you can join the beta program using the beta testing tool. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or issues.

Follow these steps to join the Beta Test program:

  1. Visit the tool page: NSPanel Pro Beta Testing Program
  2. Log in using your eWeLink account.
  3. Select the NSPanel Pro device you wish to register.
  4. Read and accept the risk notice, then submit your application.
  5. Wait approximately 5 minutes, then go to your device’s Settings -> About -> Software Update to check for the latest firmware and install it.
