Hi , my nspanel pro is set to zigbee router mode , every 2 to 3 days it get frozen and appears as offline at both app and web , the only way to bring it back is to power off electric or long press at screen to get pop up msg close app & wait , below feedback submitted deviceid for this error : 10020403aa

I have 3x Sonoff NSPanel Pro and more than 50 devices (Matter, Zigbee, WiFi). I’ve never experienced freezing. Yes, it lags, but it has never frozen. Screens are 24/7 on.
@edgardasb try using one of your nspanel pro as zigbee router not hub , and lets see in two days hows everything going , i think there is a bug once switch to that mode
I have 5 panels , last week I was in vacation , and 3 from 5 panels was freezing, message: the app is closed!!! I have hunderd of times try to reset this ugly, unless device, but nötig helps!!!
Hope new v 3.8.2 will fix this trouble. This happened from the first day I buy this prices of crap from Sonoff!!!
just to add more info , if nspanel pro in hub mode i never get frozen issue , just random network drop even the panel 1 meter away from internet router , once i switch to router mode the panel start to froze within two days
We checked the logs you uploaded and found that the iHost on the LAN is frequently accessing the NSPro causing lag, maybe you can try to unlink the NSPro in the iHost docker and then re-associate it.
We will also synchronize the issue with iHost to evaluate the fix.
