Hi…

Lately I’ve been having issues syncing Webpages from the ewelink app to the NSpanel Pro 120. I will enter a link in the ewelink app and it will not show up in the Webpages section . Any suggestions?

Hi, may I ask if you are unable to find the access entry on the NSPanelPro after entering the address in the app? Could you please check whether webpages have been added in the split-screen settings of NSPanelPro within the eWeLink app?

The access entry? You mean the webpage address? It tales a long time but it eventually shows up. Where is the split screen setting?

You can refer to this video. In the app, enter the web address and then add the webpage to the split-screen view.

If your operation is correct, please submit the NSPanelPro logs to me promptly, and I will further investigate the cause.

Are you currently experiencing that after adding the web address, the Webpages split-screen option does not appear on the NSPanelPro and you are unable to access it?

Correct. I just added the circled page tittle “Test” and it not showing on Webpages screen. And yes it is enabled.

It’s been about 15 min from when I added it and it still not showing. It used to show right away

Hi, I have identified the cause of the issue. The address you entered is for a video file, which caused the NSPanelPro to fail to parse it. This is expected to be optimized in the next version of the NSPanelPro.

The address I used was the link to this forum. Not a video.

Since Chill Hop is a video address, modifying it will affect all webpage changes. For now, you can try deleting this video address, and other webpages should display normally.
