Is anyone else having a problem with the NS Panel thermostat when set to auto? It works fine on manual but when set to auto the temperature shows - - and there is no demand for heat. I have the same problem on multiple switches?
I reported this error at least 3-4 months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. I had the same problem and finally moved the heating control to iHost
Ah OK, thanks I havent been on the forum for a while. I thought it may be a faulty switch so I have fitted a replacement ‘out of the box new’ unit and it is exactly the same. I then found multiple switches with the same error.

I have had a reply from them and mine all seem to be functioning ok now.
One thing to check, make sure the times don’t overlap - you cannot have 07:00-20:00 and 20:00-07:00. It must be 07:01-20:00 and 20:01 to 07:00
