I have an error with all my NS Panels in thermostat auto mode. For some reason in the mornings the heating temperature is blank and I get no demand? I have the same in all my switches?
Sorry for the issue. Would you please submit a log on the NSPanel Pro device through Top drop-down menu -> Settings -> About -> Feedback -> Submit, and then kindly send me the Device ID of your NSPanel Pro.

How do I get the logs? Also happening for all NS PANEL switches.

Oh, I am sorry to say that I don’t know much about NSPanel. NSPanel is a completely different product from NSPanel Pro, and it wasn’t developed or maintained by my team.
I would suggest you to use SONOFF’s official Contact channel to get after-sale service.
