Po ostatniej aktualizacji NS Panel Pro wyświetla obraz obrócone o 90 stopni! Jak przywrócić prawidłowe wyświetlanie???
I’m experiencing exactly the same issue with my NSPanel Pro after updating to firmware 4.9.1. The screen is rotated 90 degrees after a restart.
Additionally, all Zigbee devices connected through the built-in gateway are showing as offline, and I’m unable to control them.
Both issues started after the 4.9.1 update.
Hi, if the screen orientation is incorrect, you can swipe down on the NSPanel Pro screen and go to Settings > Display > Screen Orientation to adjust it manually. We’re also actively working on fixing this issue.
Regarding the sub-device offline issue you mentioned, has it returned to normal now? After an upgrade, some background services may still be restarting for around 3–5 minutes, which can cause a delay before some sub-devices come back online.
If the issue is still occurring, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs and send me the device ID so I can investigate it further.
Hi,
I have already submitted the NSPanel Pro logs.
I have also updated the NSPanel Pro to firmware 4.9.2. The screen orientation issue seems to be fixed after this update.
However, the Zigbee sub-device issue is still present. All Zigbee devices connected through the built-in gateway are still showing as offline, and I cannot control them.
I have already restarted the NSPanel Pro several times, and many hours have passed since the update, so this is definitely not just the 3–5 minute delay mentioned above.
Could you please investigate the logs and check what is causing the Zigbee gateway/sub-devices to remain offline?

Hi, we’ve reviewed the logs you submitted.
According to the logs, the devices reconnected within about 2 minutes after the NSPanel Pro was powered off and restarted. There was also another disconnection later, possibly caused by a temporary network fluctuation, and the connection recovered within about 1 minute.
Could you please confirm whether only some of the sub-devices are currently unable to come back online, or whether all of them are affected?
Also, if possible, could you try connecting the NSPanel Pro to a mobile hotspot and check whether the issue still occurs? This will help us determine whether the problem may be related to the current Wi-Fi network.
Hi,
I did some additional testing.
I re-paired one of the Zigbee devices with the NSPanel Pro, and that device is now working correctly. However, all the other previously paired Zigbee devices are still offline and cannot be controlled.
The NSPanel Pro is already running firmware 4.9.3, but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue.
I can also confirm that the Wi-Fi network is not the problem. The NSPanel Pro itself has a stable network connection, and the issue only affects the previously paired Zigbee sub-devices.
It seems that the problem may be related to the existing Zigbee device registrations after the firmware update. Re-pairing works, but I obviously cannot re-pair all of my devices individually.
Could you please investigate this further based on my logs and let me know how I can restore the existing Zigbee devices without having to remove and pair every device again?
Hi, just to confirm: are all of the sub-devices currently added to your NSPanel Pro unable to come online?
In the previous logs, the sub-devices connected to the NSPanel Pro had already returned to a normal online state.
Could you please power off the NSPanel Pro, power it back on, and then wait about 10 minutes? If the issue still isn’t resolved after that, please submit another set of logs and I’ll check them again.
