Huge issue with 4.9-492-490-200!

After such a long time of my NSPanel Pro Gen 1 working nearly perfectly and without any issues, the latest 4.9-492-490-200 update I received today has completely broken it..

Since installing the update, all of my Zigbee devices are constantly connecting and disconnecting. Please see the attached video.

I have already tried restarting the NSPanel several times and also changing the Zigbee channel, but unfortunately, neither made any difference. The issue persists regardless of these changes.

I have also submitted the logs for investigation.

Could you please look into this as soon as possible and advise on a solution? This has effectively made my Zigbee network unusable.

Thank you.

I am experiencing the same problem. They are connecting and disconnecting almost after every second.

I’ve received your logs. I’ll review them as soon as possible and get back to you with any findings.

'm experiencing the exact same issue. On top of that, over 30 of my devices have completely disappeared from the list, as if the app just forgot them.

Regarding the missing sub-devices, has the issue recovered now?

If the problem is still occurring, please submit the NSPanel Pro logs so we can investigate it further.

You can submit the logs by swiping down on the screen and going to:

Settings > About > Feedback > Submit

Unfortunately, there is no change.
I have sent feedback and opened a ticket as well. Over 50 of my devices have currently become unusable; please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: It’s 4.9-492-490-200 and/or SonoffLAN 3.13.1. Downgrading to 3.13.0 fixes the problem.

UPDATE: Confirmed by another user, here v3.13.1: Zigbee devices behind NSPanel Pro flap unavailable every ~3 s (v3.13.0 OK) · Issue #1890 · AlexxIT/SonoffLAN · GitHub.

The problem is that my devices have disappeared from the NSPanel Pro. So, downgrading SonoffLAN is pointless, as there are no devices for it to pass on. (My devices are added to HASS via MQTT, but that’s irrelevant right now).
But currently, even the few remaining devices aren’t working on either interface.

We’ve identified the issue.

If you’re using the SonoffLAN integration, you can temporarily downgrade it to version 3.13.0, or wait for the upcoming 4.9.3 firmware update, which will also resolve the issue.

Version 4.9.3 is currently being verified and will be released soon.

I have updated the NSPanel Pro to firmware 4.9.3, but unfortunately the issue still persists.

All Zigbee sub-devices connected through the built-in gateway are still showing as offline, and I still cannot control them.

I have also restarted the NSPanel Pro after the 4.9.3 update, but it did not resolve the issue.

Mine are extremely stable now. In fact one of my NSPP120 used to drop wifi signal regularly business the recent update it has never gone offline.
