Ns panel pro Insufficient storage space error. Fw version 3.7and 3.8

Hello, do you know how to fix this problem?
Error message on the panel:

Insufficient storage space!
Please contact the technical staff!
When the storage space is full and the system cannot be started normally, the system will automatically perform a factory reset.

The window has two options, check and Cancel. When checking, it shows the file system and asks for an unknown password. Cancel starts the system but throws an unknown error of the Android graphical interface. Then the system randomly restarts.
I do not want to do a Hard Reset, since as a Zigbee GW I would have to replace all devices and automations again.
Version when the problems started 3.7, currently 3.8
