Anyone having trouble updating the NS Panel Pro to 3.7.0? It gets stuck at 0%.

I’ve already tried the trick from this solution, but it didn’t work.

Hello! My NSpanel Pro has not received the latest 3.4 update. What could be happening? Could anyone help me? The device displays the message that there is no new update available.
