Not under your account

Good day. I have 27 devices on my ewelink account. this morning i added 3 more, but now ewelink says " Not under your account" does anybody know how to rectify this. I only have 1 account and 1 home.

hi, are they connected to the same router ( the iHost and other devices ) ?
please try to click the refresh button or restart the eWeLinkSmartHome add-on.

As i said previously,i only have 1 eWelink account, 1 router, 1 iHost and many devices that are " NOT UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT"
