Hi there, I paired two brand new Sonoff Basic -1GS Matter devices to my eWeLink App using my phone. The two switches show on my app and I can control them from there but when I go into my iHost I get the following message.
They are on the same Wi-Fi network as the PC and their firmware is up to date. I have managed to pair them with the iHost but they keep disappearing or the scenes associated with them don’t activate. I was hoping that following the eWeLink route would resolve the issue, but then I get the above error message.
Advice in the matter would be appreciated. thanks
