As regards the notice “ Please raise your ticket via the help center if help needed” how long after submitting a ticket should a reply arrive? In my experience it’s a bit random whether there will ever be a reply or when it happens. Aswell as submitting a ticket do you not think people should start a forum topic if there is no reply in 1 week or something in case someone else knows the answer?
Are you asking us, little grains of sand, or are you hoping for a miracle that ITEAD Studio will answer you here?
It seems more common that a response will appear here than a ticket will get answered, admittedly not a high bar.
