I have not had a reply in months to any ticket. They are all “pending”. It seems a bit pointless to submit tickets if they never get replied to.
Official responses to tickets are on average similar to official forum responses…
I once had a case on for 6 months… and one day the system simply announced that the ticket had been closed, but that was a long time ago and it has probably changed for the better…
