I have a problem with the app ewelink but only on my mobile phone. On my father the app ewelink works and we are connected from the same internet. When I go to activate the switches through the app it gives me this message: Failed.Network connection error.this happened around May 9th.What can i do;
I have the same issue. can someone help in this?
Try to “forget the wifi” in settings and reconnect it, or try to assign a fixed ip address for your phone, some routers DHCP mechanism may caused this issue.
