support ticket won’t help - have same issues since weeks @ 3 different types of sonoff gear.
Wrote feedback directly via app (=support ticket), only advice from staff: delete - reconnect… usual NONSENSE answers from supports world wide “please reboot your computer. Else de-& reconnect it from\to mains”
