My i host still can connected to ewelink cube

i have try for few days a




nd try all the ways. but i still can’t get connected…

Do you have ewelink WiFi devices that can operate in LAN mode and have LAN mode enabled?

Unplug ihost and plug it back in after a minute. Restart your web browser history. Reconnect to http://ihost.local

you need to log in to the eWeLink application on your phone. in the device settings, check whether LAN mode is available and whether it is turned on

Log out of the ewelink smart home add-on on your ihost device. Log in to the eWeLink application on your phone. Enter the LAN mode settings for the devices if available. Log out of the application and log in to the ewelink smart home add-on.

i understand what you r saying… but on my pad or phone …i download the latest version… and login… but in pages. i cant even get a device setting button… can you show me where the device setting is ?? ican see from the profile on the right top has a setting button. but inside no device setting

But you don’t have any WiFi devices added to the eWeLink application.

First you need to pair your devices with the ewelink application.

Zigbee devices added to ihost will never be visible in the eWeLink app.

yes… you r right… i only use ihost added zigbee device which is no problem… now i delete one light from ihost… and i use my phone app ewelink to connect wifi 2.4 to connect to light… but still can’t… is the 1st added item by wifi must be wifi version item or zigbee connection item??

Zigbee devices must be added to the ZIGBEE gateway. If you want to see zigbee devices in the eWeLink application, you need to buy a sonoff zigbee gateway (e.g. zigbee bridge pro, zigbee bridge ultra, Nspanel pro,)

yes… im using sonoff ihost zigbee… but im on ewelink app right now,. click add device… choose wife2.4. add divice… light is on blinking. paring mode… but still cant get connect by wifi to light bulb


Is the bulb in the ZigBee or WiFi system? If zigbee, you must have a zigbee gateway. Ihost does not work as a zigbee gateway with the ewelink application.

bulbs all i bought are zigbee connection… then i bought ihost as a gateway…i can add zigbee bulb from ihost itself… but can’t get connect from ewelink app only… can you guide what i still need?? or

so you mean, sonoff ihost itself is not a gateway right?? must link a e.g zigbee bridge pro. work together with ihost… then. i can use my phone under ewelink app to control right??
