Why is it so complicated? Just pay the extra and you’re done.
Hey, sorry to hear that.
If something looks wrong, feel free to drop a few examples here or email us — We can take a closer look and check what’s going on.
Always happy to dig into specific cases and improve things where needed.
I want everything to go as it should, so I will never be satisfied. I also wanted a prime plan, but when I got to the point where I had to write to someone and wait, I gave up. It is more convenient for us to pay through the eWelink application and let them do it themselves.
Do you want a list of what bothers me?
I install several NSPPs and when the customer wants the same graphical interface everywhere, I have to set up each panel separately. Why don’t you synchronize the theme, the layout of icons in NSPP between panels?
Automatic updates without user intervention.
I have submitted other suggestions.
This is how you cost me time and nerves.
Insufficiently informed community.
So that I am not just critical, you have a great product. I have installed your devices where there are extreme temperature variations, very corrosive environments and they still work.
I’m starting to wonder if I need the Prime plan or even the Advanced plan at all. After all, renewing or upgrading a package should be a basic feature for you.
This is your money, and it should be in your interest to ensure that payments go through smoothly.
My subscription expires on July 10th, and throughout its entire duration, I haven’t received a single offer to upgrade my plan or a promotional deal, even though I had the relevant option selected.
“It is more convenient for us to pay through the eWelink application and let them do it themselves.”—— Absolutely agree ![]()
Actually, if you upgrade through the same platform where you originally subscribed (like Google Play or the Apple App Store), you can do it directly in the app.
So yes, the process is actually quite simple as you said — most of it is already handled automatically by the app store rules.
Only in some special cases, like switching between platforms, do users would need to contact us for manual handling.
And we’ve taken note of everything you mentioned.
I’ll pass this to the team tomorrow for review and follow-up.
Feedback like this is really valuable for us, especially from users like you who are actively deploying the devices in different environments.
We definitely care about improving this, it’s just that some changes take time and need careful evaluation before rolling out.
Yes, I know it takes time, for example @Milk is very smart and always tries to be helpful.
I remember you mentioning this feature before. At that time, I collected your feedback and added it to the NSPanel Pro feature request list (or were you hoping to have it included in the Prime plan?).
I’m still working through the details of how this should be implemented. For example, should we only synchronize the custom screen layouts, or should we also sync features like Security Mode, custom wallpapers, and other personalized settings?
Once we have a more concrete proposal, I’ll reach out to you again to discuss it and make sure the final solution fits your use case.
Great, I don’t need to remind you.
Yes, you’re right ![]()
Most renewal and upgrade flows are handled automatically by the system and are usually quite smooth through the app stores.
Only in a few cases like switching platforms would manual support be needed.
I’ve just sent you a DM. Please have a look, and let’s continue there so we can check your account and help with your specific case.
That’s true.
You sent a private email, and in my naivety I upgraded my subscription to the Prime plan. I previously had the Advanced plan valid until July 10, 2026, so I expected the upgrade to extend that to July 10, 2027 assuming the remaining few days will also be covered under the new/better plan
On top of that, we’ll also arrange an extra 10 days of Prime to your account, as we really appreciate active forum users like you who take the time to share feedback and help us improve the experience.
Not only I didn`t receive the 10 extra days you promised, but I actually lost 2 more days… my subscription is now valid only until July 8, 2027.
As if that weren’t enough, you’ve even stopped replying to emails...
If anyone is considering purchasing or upgrading a paid plan, I strongly advise against it.
Hi, We’d like to clarify the situation based on our communication history.
Our team has been following up with you through email regarding your Prime upgrade. We provided the upgrade instructions, applied the available discount, and confirmed that the additional 10 days of Prime would be added after the successful upgrade.
Please note that the extra 10 days were a manual benefit arranged for you, so they were not applied instantly at the moment of purchase. They needed to be added after the Prime upgrade was completed and may require some processing time.
After reviewing your account again, the team updated the subscription accordingly. The additional 10 days were added on July 10, and the expiration date has been corrected.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the subscription upgrade experience. Thanks ![]()
We truly value every user who chooses to upgrade and continue using eWeLink. We will keep listening to user feedback and improving the subscription experience to make the upgrade process clearer and smoother for everyone.
