Cannot Access Advanced Plan Features

Hi, after purchasing the advanced plan through the App Store, I cannot access the features. It takes me back to the upgrade page. My home in the app says I’m on the advanced plan. And below order number it states completed. Is there a waiting period to access the advances plan features ?

I have exactly the same problem ! The app says Expired 2024/06/09 but I cant acces nothing, it keeps going to the same page .

Most of the advanced features have their own page or apps:
eWeLink Web (available on the website, no installation required)

eWeLink Cast (available on the website, no installation required, with a tutorial on how to use it)

Integration with IFTTT ( requires installation of IFTTT, and connecting your eWeLink account)

eWeLink Keyboard Shortcuts (requires software installation on a PC)

eWeLink Webhooks (navigate to eWeLink Web>Create scene>Select webhook, with a tutorial on how to use it)

eWeLink Camera App (available for download from app stores)

Hello and thank you for your answer.
Saddly it doesnot help. I can access the web app and dashboard but all my things that work with the phone App have a “device not supported” message on the web/dashboard Apps.
Is there a way to correct this?

“Device not supported” is displayed if your devices have not yet been integrated into the WEB since the WEB is gradually integrating devices to be controlled from it.
How many devices display “device not supported”? If you send me the device ID, I will pass it along to the WEB team so they can integrate your devices as soon as possible.

Well actually all of them but 3 out of about 60_70 so it will be too long to note- Hue not working Tplink not working the only 2 Working are some relays I set up with evelink.

When I put into my browser it switches to . It was working two weeks ago, but not now. Meanwhile, works.

But where is Dashboard please?

Version 3.0 looks different from 2.x, it is also possible that some devices are missing…

Have you used version 3.0 before?

The dashboard that was in version 2.x does not exist in 3.x in this form, what you see is what is and will be.

As you can see I don’t have Dashboard in the menu so I can’t get to Dashboard. I logged into version 3 once a while ago but then went back to version 2. How do I switch to version 3 now?

You are currently on version 3.0!!!

Version 2.x is no longer available and now only and exclusively version 3.x of ewelink web is available.

What you see is the final appearance model for version 3.x and there is nothing more you can do with it.
This is how the company designed and implemented it as a product. The appearance and functionality of version 3.x that you see is designed this way and is not a bug that would cause “Cannot Access Advanced Plan Features”

This is what ewelink web looks like now and will look like in the future, unless they decide to completely rebuild the interface again.
You can’t do anything about it. You can’t go back to version 2.x, either adapt to using version 3.0 or CAST, or the only option left is to cancel the paid plan.
