We normally roll out updates for eWeLink Web monthly, and continuously make improvements. If you have any ideas or suggestions, we’d really love to hear them!
Basically, the point is that the App is developing faster (scenes, Matter, NSPanel, integrations), while the Web remains a simplified control tool. It is evolving, but it doesn’t keep up with the App. I was hoping that the Web would allow for more convenient and precise management, while the App would serve rather as a handy tool for quick actions. Example: Try managing the NSPanel Pro from the Web interface.
Dear as long as you can download eWeLink App v5.21, you will be able to subscribe to the Prime Plan. After subscribing, you can enjoy all Prime benefits both in the eWeLink app and on eWeLink Web.
It’s just that for now we’ve only released the new version for Android, and the iOS version will be available by the end of this month.
I actually ,meant either online or in another android store other than Google’s Play Store because they take a big cut? For example I think Aptoide take a smaller cut of subscriptions.
We are discussion with several potential partners to evaluating a new feature, in short, it is to get the real time electrical tariff and to use the data as a trigger for qualified devices (POW), like if the tariff is high or carbon intensity, then OFF the appliance connected to the devices, would appreciate if you can make some comments about that.
no I didn’t mean it like that, I meant work with a value for example power more than 150 w do it. what you are describing is probably the price distribution of the tariff. in my country it is enjoyed by the distribution using a switched contact, so when the tariff is low the contacts in the hdo (combined measuring device remotely controlled by the distribution) close and this binary value can be read for example by mini R2.
Ive downloaded v5.21 to my iOS device (iPhone 15 Pro Max) and the prime plan option is not visible yet.
I only have the option to renew my advanced plan.
Can you please share some steps how to upgrade? should i cancel my advanced plan first?
There should be two Tabs on the page, the left is “advanced” and “prime” on the right, check my screenshot.
As for the “floor plan”feature, we are planning to run a preview test for enrolled users earlier, here I’d like to invite you into the testing program, and @Lottie please put Newbee on the white list.Try it and free to put any idea you may have and then decide whether to upgrade your subscription or not.
Ive found the option after clicking “Renew now” perhaps it can be more clear if you add an “Upgrade to prime” option next to it so it can be more clear and even more appealing.
