After a lot of times trying to pair with NsPanel pro hydro duo turn off led pairing looks that paired but it is not appear in NsPanel added devices. I have reset hydro duo by pressing both buttons for 9 seconds with no result, it seems to me that somehow paired with NsPanel but the panel cannot synchronize with the eWeLink app. Could someone help me with zigbee pairing. The NsPanel has the latest firmware version
