I have various Zigbee controllers in play. Mostly a Zigbee USB stick and Hue. The devices had connectivity problems. I assume, it was interferences. Next to the hubs mentioned, I also had a IKEA Tradfri hub (only for updates), which I turned off. And a Sonoff ZB Bridge. I also disabled that after moving devices to the USB-stick. Then I have several NSPanels Pro and of course the iHost (actually two, but not in simultanious use).
Being able to manage or at least see the Zigbee channel in use, would be helpful in creating an environment with less interference.
