Ihost won’t connect with ewelink account

Hello, I cannot open my ewelink account after connecting to the Ihost router. It says wrong password or wrong account. I can’t get updates because I haven’t linked it to an account. ihost version 1.4.2 thank you.

Firstly check the ethernet cable between your iHost and router (but I assume this is ok as you seem to be able to log into your iHost). You could open a new fresh eWeLink account to test if the iHost will connect to it with the credentials of the fresh account. Also have a look at your iHost documentation for details on how to do a factory default reset.

Hi looking through some of the posts this seems to be a problem experienced by other iHost users. If you haven’t resolved the issue you will need to contact Tech with your machine id code so that they can make changes at their end on the eWeLink platform to make it work.

Hello, when I connect my ewelink account to ihost, ihost cannot find the devices in my account. ihost and devices are on the same network. All devices are sonoff and lan devices.
