iHost problem with wifi sync THR316D

Good morning

I have just purchased an iHost central unit. I have ZigBee components with which I have had no pairing problems. I also have WiFi sockets and two THR316D temperature sensors. I had to create an eWelink account to pair the devices via WiFi, which is abnormal because I didn’t want to use the cloud!
For the sockets and the two THR316Ds so no worries in the eWelink app, they are there and the control on the local network is activated. The firmware is up to date.
Then I installed eWelink smart home on iHost and added my account. The problem is that I cannot retrieve the THR316D sensors in iHost. Does anyone have an idea? in the smart home logs I have this: error: 400, data: {}, message: ‘headers.Authorization is invalid’

I uninstalled and installed smart home again and created a new eWelink account but same problem!

Sorry for the delay.
Let me get the problem straight.
You possess a socket and two THR316D and both of them are WiFi device.
What you want to achieve is pair them to iHost.

First of all, if both of them is WiFi device, then pair them directly to iHost is impossible.
Secondly, there are some conditions your need to meets to sync the device to iHost via smart-home add-on:

  1. make sure the ewelink app LAN control switch in the setting page of the certain device is on.
  2. make sure the device is in the same LAN with your iHost.
  3. after all above, refresh the device list via the right upper corner icon of your smart-home add-on page.
If all of the conditions are met and still no device in your home page.
Please send us the exact device id and smart-home add-on log.
    We’ll pinpoint what’s wrong ASAP.
