Ihost not finding sonoff devices

I installed my ihost one month ago and since that day it cannot find any sonoff devices. Ewelink Smart Home is installed, running and up to date. Cube is the last version. Nothing works. I have returned to factory settings twice.

I’m very frustated. Until now Ihost is a useless white gadget.

Please make sure you do all these:

All your sonoff device is in the same LAN as your iHost.
All your sonoff device is LAN enabled.

Also, submit your smart-home add-on log for us to pinpoint what’s wrong.

Today 3 devices appeared on smart home. Now only 12 are missing.

Do you use more than one router for your network?
Please be sure that these devices are on the same LAN as iHost.

Try the listed test to pinpoint your problem:

Keep your phone in the same LAN as iHost.
Install one of the apps and see if the device you needed in your LAN

if you’re using iPhone /mac, install a Discovery app.

If you’re using Android, install mDNS discovery app and search for “ewelink”, you will see mDNS broadcast in LAN
