Thanks for the reply. I’ve already done all this and made sure that my DualR3 is LAN enabled in the app. I still don’t see it on iHost.

Please try to refresh the device list of the addon, be sure that the DUALR3 is on the same LAN of iHost.

Or you can try to logout and login the eWeLink Account of the addon to see if the device appear.
