IHost failed setup

I have an IHost Smart Home Hub Product: RV1109 DDR4 2GB.
I am unable to logon to http://ihost.local/ or https://ihost.local/ I tried many times.
Previously did get in and managed to format the micro ssd device.
I have tried support from Itead who I bought it from but they dont understand my issues.
Perhaps I should just junk it.

Can you get the ip address of iHost from your router?
With correct ip you can get access to your iHost.

In version 1.9.0 or above, you can access your iHost with domain http://ihost-[your-iHost-device-id].local. It’s more stable.

Try to find out the iHost IP address, ping this IP address to be sure that the device is on the same LAN, then use the IP address the access the iHost console.

I have checked the router settings using Fling, and I by switch the device on and off to detect the name.
Can’t see it

I have monitored the device using Fing, pluggin/unplugging the Ethernet cable.
The device changes between red and blue.
I cannot see in Fling the change in status.

Can you see the devices in your LAN by loging in your router admin page?
As long as the light of iHost stays blue and iHost IS in the same LAN with your PC, the ip must in the device list.

By the way, what’s the version of your iHost?
