IHost eWeLink 2.6.1 SCENES POSSIBLE BUGS

IHost ver 2.6.1 SOFTWARE|BUGS| NOTICED since the implementation of this version I have noticed issues related to scenes:

  1. Editing Smart Scene (scene created before software update) - the scene with new values cannot be saved.
  2. Duplicate smart scene (made before software update) does not work
  3. Smart scenes created prior to software update cannot be manually enabled or disabled

I have the same issue :grinning_face:

I have issue 3 as well.

Regarding point 3, I discovered that:

If Push notifications are activated and the scene is saved. It is deactivated again and saved. After doing this, they can be activated and deactivated manually.

But it is tedious to have to do this with all scenes. It is something that needs to be fixed.

Regarding point 1, I discovered that:

after having done what I just indicated, the scene with new can be saved.

For me i get these responses:

when i want to desactivate a scene:
{ā€œerrorā€:400,ā€œmsgā€:ā€œ\ā€œnotification_settings\ā€ must be of type objectā€,ā€œdataā€:{}}

when i want to activate a scene:
{ā€œerrorā€:400,ā€œmsgā€:ā€œ\ā€œoperations\ā€ must contain at least 1 itemsā€,ā€œdataā€:{}}

I have raised ticket ID249618 via iHost feedback.

Thank you for sharing your findings. Yes you are correct if ā€˜Remote Features’ in the Pilot menu is activated and Push notifications activated in the scene and the scene is saved then the manual enable/ disable will function correctly. It will still function correctly if ā€˜Remote features’ in the Pilot menu is subsequently de-activated. After going through this procedure the scene can also be successfully edited and duplicated. However I note that scenes that were created before the software update and processed under ā€˜Remote features’ detailed above do not work. I agree that it is something that really needs to be fixed.
