Hi jorge,

We appreciate your feedback. Do you mind opening a support ticket on this issue? Our team can better help you there.

You can raise it on the web, or in the eWeLink app.

Yours
Ward

We didn’t reproduce the problem.
Try one of the option to reset device state:

  1. reboot smart-home add-on
  2. try the ‘Refresh device list’ botton on add-on

If none of it fix the problem. Please post the complete log of the add-on so we can see exactly what’s wrong.

I already did that and it didn’t work. I’ve already opened a ticket on ewelink to see if they can solve the problem. It’s strange because it’s all Sonoff.

Logs

We’ll look into the log.
In the meantime, upgrade your T5’s firmware version to the newest.
So we can eliminate effect of the device.

SuiKa, has this issue been resolved? I have the same problem. I have updated the firmware on my TX Ultimate switches, and my iHost, and still can not sync my TX Ultimate switches.

Per your suggestion to jorge, i put in a web feedback, feedback# (200704).
The only difference between me and jorge is my switches are T5-3C-120, T5-2C-120, and T5-1C-120.

Got the feedback.
We’ll look into it.
We also need your log of smart-home add-on, please attach them.

Here.

All my devices with syncing error are T5 devices.

From what we reproduce.
Only the first time you add the device will cause this problem.
Try control the device and sync it again.

We’ll fix the bug in the next version of smart-home add-on.

In my case, the app behaved normally after the update. Only after a few days it started displaying “Failed, please try later” messages, as @jorge.pinto.htcmobile described. Refreshing caused it to display the series of “no internet access” messages. Cleaning the cache and other typical measures did not help. Only uninstalling, reinstalling, and logging in helped.
@SuiKa It seems that by tweaking the application, you have spoiled this and that

Please submit your smart-home add-on log and system log.
We’ll try to pinpoint what’s wrong.

Did control the device fix the problem?

Yes, at least for me.
I had to toggle on/off each device in eWeLink app, and after thar I was able to sync in eWeLink Smart Home addon again.

Got it.
Sorry for the inconvenience again.
