i-HOST: New eWeLink CUBE 2.5.0 version

It’s easy. It’s only one number and if possible, respect the size.

Thank you

Will do the fix but not in recent version.

not all devices that appears at ihost can be port to matter , the option at new version allows you to include or exclude just the supported devices

When I looked at them in eWelink they are working

When I look in iHost it doesn’t see the operation, hence the scenes don’t work

To get them to function in iHost again I had to

  • unsync them in eWeLink Smart Home

  • sync them back into eWeLink Smart Home (on some of them I had to sync up to 6 time before they would sync)

  • since I unsync’d the device if it was the only device I had to recreate the scenes, if it had 2 devices then I could just added it back in

I had about 24 sensors that had the problem,

presence sensor id f617f2c7-0f0c-41e7-8b46-a082f43fbf0c

Motion sensor id 2e0f9635-048f-4ebf-b3cc-f71723428aea

Part of the operational log for one of the scenes that these 2 sensor belong to

No log information for 9 hours (similar for the other scenes)

I don’t see any 2.5.1 update available:

Enrico.mcc

Version 2.5.1 is only for smart home add-on not for eWeLink CUBE

After the last update, the buttons on the zigbee ultra and zigbee bridge pro added to ihost repeat the last action every time the internet goes in and out. This problem used to exist on the ultra but it just came to the pro. There is no problem with the motion sensors but it causes problems with the button (actions such as reverse or ringing when the button is pressed).
version cube:2.5.0
add-on:2.5.1

After update iHost to 2.5.0 and new version of eWelink Smart Home to 2.5.1 some auto scenes related to DUALR3 devices which are set as motor are not executed. All scenes which have delay xx sec are executed only part before delay. Resynchronization off devices than recreation the auto scenes didn’t help. All this auto scenes work without problems before update on 2.4.3 firmware. Any idea?

After restore backup, my iHost have: eWeLink CUBE Version 2.5.0; eWelink Smart Home version 2.4.3. The most important thing is that all auto scenes work.
The golden rule of making a backup before every update has been proven once again.

Please send us the smart-home add-on log via message or feedback.
And provide the eWeLink device id or your problematic device.
We’ll see what’s wrong.

This also started happening to me this week. All the Bridge-Pro’s and SNZB-01P + SNZB-01 buttons linked to my iHost started exhibiting this behaviour.

I opened feedback ID232552 and send link to System log there
ID of devices are:
iHost id 1387780f-9a5e-4bf6-b3be-9e88f70579d7 id in ewelink app 100155b361

About the smart-home add-on synced devices can’t worked with auto scene problem.
We’ve pinpoint the problem.
The fixing needs some time, but will release to you soon.
Sorry about the inconvenience we caused.

The ewelink smart home add-on does not save logs. I only have logs from 20.03.2025

I checked on the second IHOST device that I have. Logs are normally saved in the ewelink smart home add-on .

strange thing.

In IHOST CAST, the graphic for the light intensity sensor has with the new version of eWeelinK CUBE 2.5.2, the correct unit in lux.

Thak you

Version 2.50 added support for running Home Assistant OS on ihost.
In this regard, I am interested in which version of Home Assistant OS pre-flashed the TF card?

About half an hour of installation and ihost is working.

What I noticed is that during Preparing Home Assistant there are two warnings:

2025-03-27 16:13:14.008 WARNING (SyncWorker_2) [supervisor.docker.manager] oliverc7/armv7-hassio-supervisor not found for cleanup

2025-03-27 16:13:16.851 WARNING (SyncWorker_2) [supervisor.host.sound] Can’t update PulseAudio data: Failed to connect to pulseaudio server

which did not affect HA

But I can’t go back to CUBE!!! Any help is welcome!

After a series of attempts, successfully returned to CUBE
