The device works well with ihost
I found a bug in matter bridge. A device transferred through matter bridge to smartthings is displayed as a single color device. There is no way to change the light color.
I’ve not used that specific one but I do have an LED strip connected to a Sonoff iHost. This one

Just be careful as there is a wifi version and if you look at buying one it is easy to accidentally buy that one. There is also not a separate W channel and it’s only RGB. The iHost thinks it is an RGB bulb. No experience with RGBW strips. I would check the specs on the newer bulbs from Sonoff as I’d expect a working device to pretend to be a bulb. If they don’t have a white channel I’d be more careful.
