As far as I know, it’s currently not possible to do this due to phone OS limitations
Hi there, the limitation is due to a restriction in the operating system. Fully waking up NFC to read tags without first unlocking the phone or launching the app is only available for certain system-level apps built into the OS, such as wallet apps.

On iPhone 15pro. But it ask me to open the EWeLink app and then it activate the scene… why ? Do we really need to open the app each time?
Is this not a iPhone security requisite? I gave up on iOS shortcuts a long time ago due to these sort of limitations
