I got some EARU power monitoring devices where from the eWeLink WEB it is showing as “Not supported now”, But from the eWeLink mobile app, it is working perfectly. Why is the reason for this and how to fix this. Please help.
The reason for this is a different approach and probably a different API. You can’t fix this yourself. You have to wait for the eWeLink people to do it in the future
I would add with a twist that the key and seemingly favourite phrase is ‘in the future’. So I recommend liking it and being patient. Someday they will do it
Could you please provide us with the specific model of your device?
Generally, we need to have compatibility work for devices one by one on WEB and CAST, which means that the team cannot cover every device.
ewelink web does not support NSPanel120PB.
@ward Yea, mine is from EARU and model is EAKCB-EWE-M, can also pass you the device IDs which showing on eWeLink mobile app.
