eWeLink CUBE/iHost vs eWeLink Web/App

Hi, please advise if there is best practice for using eWeLink CUBE/iHost vs eWeLink Web/App. I’m using it all and not sure when to create scenes locally and when in the cloud. It would be great to have scenes synchronized the same way as devices between the cloud and locally, to have convenience of the cloud and assured/reliable/low latency local network execution. Does it make sense to create the same scenes in both environments, to get local reliability when the “cloud” or “cloud access” is experiencing issues? Kind regards, Sven
