Error while adding smartthings to ewelink

Hi guys, sorry for my English.
I don’t know where else to ask, I hope you can help me. I’m trying to add smartthings devices to my ewelink devices list, to be able to manage them from NsPanel. A while ago everything worked for me, but when I had to redo the configurations, I’m getting a generic error on the last step.

I successfully complete the connection by generating a token, and I successfully get the device list on smartthings, but just when I click confirm, I get the error in the screenshot.

I’ve tried everything: downgrading apps, new test accounts, removing and adding devices on smartthings (in fact there’s only one now)

Anyone have any suggestions?

Hey there, We have monitored that Samsung has a strategy update for syncing devices, and we are working on the optimization in parallel, which is expected to be finished late tomorrow, by which time everything will be back to normal.
