Hello everyone,
I’m looking for information on the energy consumption of the NSPanel (version 1, non-Pro). Specifically, I would like to know:
What is the power consumption in standby mode?
What is the power consumption during active use?
Does anyone have official documentation or test results that show these values?
Thank you in advance for any help or information you can provide.

Hey, please contact Sonoff for such specs.
Here’s a guide:
Welcome to the Forum of eWeLink.
This forum is primarily used for user interaction and free discussion.
Raising a ticket via the App Feedback Channel or the Help center web portal if you meet any issues related to software-related ones (APP, WEB, CAST, Cloud Services) is highly recommended.
If it’s an issue related to SONOFF devices, raising a ticket HERE is the best way to get a response timely.
Let’s build a forum with fun and ideas, thank you for your understanding, deeply.

Hi,
Manufacturer claims a maximum of 5W. The largest consumer in the device is likely to be the screen, for which there are a number of settings enabling it to sleep until you tap it, up through to fully on which one would assume is the 5W setting. But I have never measured one.
Hi Garyl,
Thank you for the information. Following Ward’s advice, I contacted Sonoff through their website, and they responded with the following:
“It is 1W when in standby mode. And it is 2W during active use.”
Unfortunately, I’m unable to post a screenshot of the email response here.
Thanks again
