Is there any way to put a delay on the main sensor of the house to be able to manually disconnect the alarm with ihost?

I have ihost onoff, the ihost has physical buttons to arm and disarm the alarm. The problem is that this button is useless if it is not accompanied by a delay setting. The reason is that if I press it to arm it will not give me time to leave the house without the alarm going off and if I return home it will not give me time to disarm the alarm without the alarm going off.
