Connecting to Aqara M3 Hub

Hi,

Can Anyone offer any help connecting an Aqara m3 hub to the ewelink app please?

I have tried to follow this set up process

But I just get to a screen that says

Please confirm the following info when pairing

Matter device:

  1. Your Matter device is in pairing mode following the instructions on the user manual.

  2. Your eWeLink-supported Matter hub is connected to the Internet.

Selecting next just displays a screen saying a matter hub is required…

Indeed, it is. You can’t add an Aqara M3 hub to eWeLink. Both Aqara M3 and eWeLink are Matter controllers, and controllers can’t pair with each other. The app is asking for a Sonoff Matter hub, not an Aqara one.

I saw in the instructions that there was m2 hub and immediately thought m3 was the same.
