I’d like to suggest an idea regarding ihost casting. Could you create certain input or output shapes that can then be assigned to devices? For example, an output brightness shape that I could use for a dimmer device, an output temperature shape that I could assign to a thermostat device, and so on. Basically, like WinCC or similar SCADA systems, for data acquisition.
Do you mean like the iHost “display as” but simpler?
