I have found the issue, the TX Ultimate where R5 was paired doesn´t run properly and only send the signal to the TX Ultimate devices, I have paired the R5 in other different TX Ultimate and now all the scenes run ok.
Is such selective action even possible? I do not think so. It was probably something else. At a distance and from the description it is very difficult to determine the cause. The most important thing is that the problem has been fixed.
Something is wrong with that TX ultimate, not only does it not send the signal, it also does not register the trigger in the log. After seeing that it worked on others, I tried again on this one and it failed again. Maybe if I reset the “bad” TX device it will be fixed, I’ve already gotten it to work, I’m not going to spend any more time on this
Sure, you may try to reset it. If the reset doesn’t help, you may assume that your unit is faulty.
If you want to access the pairing mode again, touch the panel and hold you touch until the LED frame light starts pulsing. Be sure to remove your problematic TX from the eWeLink app before attempting a fresh connection to WiFi and to your eWeLink account. Do it in Bluetooth mode, so select this option in the app. Do not pair the TX with Alexa or Google. This method is described in the manual as Amazon Frustration-Free Setup (FFS).
When you’re done, let me know about the results. Good luck
