Camera not working

i use trendnet camera

Rtsp address works well in VLC and not anymore on the Nspanel .. Since a long time now

And it seem impossible to have individual button for each camera with should be more efficient ..

Do you think that a correction will happen in a near future ?

If you use nspp, the cameras don’t work for me either, I reported it as a bug today..

May I ask if you are unable to view the camera feed using the RTSP function of the NSPanelPro?
What version is your NSPanelPro? (The latest stable version is 4.1.5, and the current beta version is 4.3.3.)
Could you please try accessing the camera feed again and promptly submit the NSPanelPro logs? Also, send me the device ID separately.

I can’t view Sonoff cameras that are in the cloud in nspp.

May I ask whether you are using the RTSP method or the split-screen synchronized camera method? If you are unable to view it via split-screen synchronization, please provide the camera ID and NSPanelPro logs.

You have an unfortunate solution. Unless I create a tab where I add cameras, it is not possible to view cameras from the main screen via a quick menu.

I don’t mean to be mean, but the regular controls can’t be changed whenever you want. This is how customers say NSPP isn’t working. These changes cause problems.

You can add the camera feed to the main screen. In the ewelink app, you can set the theme style and select a camera card.

I’m not entirely sure if this is what you meant.

This is the setting screen in nspp. And it is not possible to display the list of cameras. Unless I create a tab where I add cameras.

When you create a card with cameras, the camera list works.

Is it because of this mistake that I now have to run around the districts and set it up for everyone?
