Calls between 2 NSPanel Pro (1gen)

Hello there, sorry for my bad English on advace.

I have 2 NSPanel Pro, on the same network, but on different access points. In one of the panel, the most recent, I can made the call to the old one, but on the old one I cannot, because it says no devices on the network. Both were updated to the latest firmware, and have distinct names (ie: CZ_Panel and G_Panel).

Anyone can explain why or what I’m doing wrong?

PS: the 4.7.0 correct an bug where on the call list was possible to select the device itself from were the call was made.

Could you please check the following:

  1. Make sure that both devices have been added to each other’s split-screen configuration. At the moment, you can only call devices that have already been added to the panel.

If both devices have already been added but the call still does not work, please provide a video showing the issue and submit the NSPanel Pro logs after reproducing it:
