My door opened by itself because the sonoff brigde activated the wrong scene. A very dangerous situation as many people use RF sensors and buttons to trigger scenes such as opening doors or activating alarms. It’s embarrassing for those who pay for the advanced plan. Brazil

Same problems here in Uk. 2 separate RF bridges, all sonoff devices. All scenes automatically turn off again after 1 second after being triggered. All RF triggers all scenes regardless of button/trigger. Completely broken.
Seriously considering moving to a more reputable brand.

Romania, and the same for me, the hub went crazy. The people from ewelink want us to subscribe and we did, but under these conditions they make fun of all the people who made their home smart on 433. Shame on you. Solve this problem and stop trying to fool us because we are not guinea pigs.

I have the same problem. My fan turns on, to which I had associated a smart wall switch. Since it does not load any automatic start schedule. And it has already been happening to me since Saturday, October 14.

It’s all right now. Too bad I actively deleted all scenes and unpaired everything from RF433 HUB, so I had to do it all over again. But never mind, everything works.

You don’t need to take any action; your devices should be back to normal. However, if you happened to delete any devices or scenes during this time, you may need to reconfigure them.

I have this problem before the ver 5.1 update. and now i have delete all the Auto scene are connected “RF brigde”. and configure the remote key to control the smart device using [reverse] instead of [On] and [Off] for each remote button. everything’s came back to normal and more convenient for my grandmum to control now, just click1 button do the On&Off… nice work.
