Zigbee network problem

Hello.
lately about a week. (10/11/2024) I have a problem with the zigbee network. it all started when I wanted to add 2 temperature measurement sensors, the sensors lasted only a few hours online. according to the signal indicator the signal was good.
I’ve tried changing their location and it always results in a loss of connection to no effect. only for these newly added ones. I tried to unpair the sensor that I have been using for a long time and it started doing the same thing, it seems that the problem is only with newly paired things.
Does anyone have a similar problem?

What zigbee hub are you using?
ihost, nspanel pro, zigbee bridge pro, or something else?
Provide the model of the sensors you added before the zigbee network failure.
As part of the tests, remove the sensors from the zigbee hub that you added.
Unplug the devices that are powered from the power supply and plug them back in.
Observe if the zigbee network problem persists.

Do you happen to upgrade your zigbee gateway or add certain router devices recently?
