Afeter updating firmware 1.8.3 of ZBBridge-C all zigbee devices (that remains in the same location at home) remains disconected even that I reset several times the Bridge. I have more than 90 sonoff devices. Please support me on this issue. I alredy sent a ticket with ID26633
I have a similar problem, some devices appear to be offline, but when they are activated by a passage or water detection, the automation is performed and the device changes state. It seems that the problem is in how the device identifies the offline state. It is ok for powered devices or a thermometer, but motion and leak sensors show a false offline report.
Same thing for me with the door/window and motion detectors. They work but appear āOFFLINEā.
The problem seems to be solved once I keep the Bridge Ultra C power disconnected per around 1 hour then once I power it on, it took around 5 hours to recognice most of my Zigbee Devices
zigbee bridge u is a joke, after each power loss the device is offline in the app,the firmware is the last:1.18.3
